Donald E. Coulter
Donald E. Coulter was born in 1949 in Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Alma College in 1971 and did graduate work in Chemistry at Iowa State University. He changed career paths and entered law school at the College of William and Mary. Coulter passed the Virginia Bar Exam and received his J.D. in 1975. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Prince William County Bar Association. In 1964 he received the Eagle Scout award and returned to Scouting as an adult leader. In 2009 he received the Silver Beaver award from the National Capitol Area Council of the BSA. He joined the Kiwanis Club in 1982 and remains active. His practice area includes domestic relations, wills and estates, real estate litigation, and debt collection. In 2013 he was honored as the Circuit Court Trial Attorney of the Year.
Robert A. Harris, II (Rob)
Robert A. Harris, II (Rob) was born in 1959 in Roanoke, Virginia. Rob graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 1982 and proudly served in the United States Navy from 1984-1990. He graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 1992 and practiced law in San Diego and Los Angeles before relocating to Virginia in 1994. Rob was admitted to practice law in Virginia and Georgia in 1994. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2000. He currently handles cases involving real estate, commercial law, civil, collections, landlord/tenant, and family law. For several years Rob concentrated his practice on criminal and traffic matters and had a number of very successful jury verdicts for his clients. He represented clients on charges ranging from simple shoplifting to murder and attempted capital murder. Rob is an active member of the Virginia and Maryland State Bars as well as the Prince William County Bar Association and enjoys handling matters throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Connell A. Loftus
Connell A. Loftus joined Coulter, Harris & Loftus, P.C. in April 2014. Connell possesses twenty years of experience as a litigator, compliance attorney, management consultant and subject matter expert. His current legal and consulting practice focuses on landlord tenant and creditors' rights litigation, bankruptcy litigation, compliance and risk management, as well as account receivable management strategies for government and private entities. Previously, he served as Managing Partner of Mann Bracken LLP and Wolpoff & Abramson LLP, two national creditors' rights law firms. Connell is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the States of West Virginia, Georgia and Texas. In Federal juristictions he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and bankruptcy courts of Virginia and West Virginia.
